Roodhorn is a summer weed and has a fruity taste. The structure of this wier is similar to sea bead. The bushes are about 30 to 40 cm high.

Preparation
Blancheren
First rinse under tap water for 3 minutes. Can be eaten immediately after eg having been blanched, cooked or wokt.
