Fry in pan
PREPARATION: Heat until core reaches minimum 80°C. Frying pan: Heat 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Put the desired quantity of frozen product in the frying pan and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently.
Boil
PREPARATION: Heat until core reaches minimum 80°C. Pot: Place the frozen vegetables in boiling water and bring back to the boil. Drain and season to taste.
Microwave
PREPARATION: Heat until core reaches minimum 80°C. Microwave: Put the desired quantity of frozen product in a non-metallic microwaveable bowl, cover and cook, stirring occasionally.
