Vegan Crispy Schnitzel
Bobeldijk stands for delicious, sustainable, 100% plant-based products for everyone! We source our ingredients as locally as possible; our main ingredient, wheat protein, for example, comes from the Netherlands and Germany. All products are produced in Deventer.
This 90g vegan crispy schnitzel has an extra crispy cornflake layer. Ideal for serving on a hamburger bun as a "Chicken Burger," in strips on a Caesar salad, or in a wrap!
The vegan crispy schnitzels come in a plain box with a trilingual label (NL, DE, EN) listing the ingredients, nutritional information, and best-before date. The vegan crispy schnitzel can be prepared in both the pan and the oven.

Preparation
Bake in oven
Circa 10 minuten verwarmen in een voorverwarmde oven (220 °C).
Fry in pan
In olie of margarine circa 4 minuten op middelhoog vuur bakken. Regelmatig keren.
Deep frying
Circa 2 minuten frituren in olie van 180 °C.
Airfryer
Circa 6 minuten verwarmen in een voorverwarmde airfryer (180 °C).
