      Beschreibung

      The ASC certified Salmon is raised in Norwegian waters through sustainable cultivation. So this process starts from the egg. The Salmon has a silver-gray skin, pink meat and is a rather slender fish species. There are species that can become large and heavy, up to 1 meters and 36 kilograms. The cultured ASC Salmon is widely traded in Europe and you will find it in the catering industry as well as in the supermarkets.
