Preparation
Deep frying
Heat fat or oil to 175°C. Preparation times: frozen 4 minutes, defrosted 3 minutes. Do not fry more than 10 round croquettes at a time in a normal deep fryer. Do not exceed the maximum preparation time and baking temperature.
