Combi steamer
PREPARATION: Heat until core reaches minimum 80 °C. Combi steam oven: Cook the frozen product in a steamer. Be careful to not overcook. Season to taste.
Convectie
PREPARATION: Heat until core reaches minimum 80 °C. Oven: Heat the frozen product in the oven at 170°-180 °C, adding a little vegetable oil.
