Preparation
Bakken pan
PREPARATION: Heat until core reaches minimum 80 °C. Frying pan: Heat 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Put the desired quantity of frozen product in the frying pan and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently.
Frituren
PREPARATION: Heat until core reaches minimum 80 °C. Deep fryer: Fry the frozen product at 180 °C in a deep fryer. Preparation times very much resemble those of classic potatoes.
Combi steamer
PREPARATION: Heat until core reaches minimum 80 °C. Combi steam oven: Cook the frozen product in a steamer. Be careful to not overcook. Season to taste.
Convectie
PREPARATION: Heat until core reaches minimum 80 °C. Oven: Heat the frozen product in the oven at 170°-180 °C, adding a little vegetable oil.
