Description
French fries with a twist thanks to the vibrant colours provided by carrots, beetroot and parsnips. All equally crunchy when they come out of the oven, deep fryer or air fryer.
Ingredients
Vegetable 86% (carrots, parsnips, beetroots), vegetable oils (rapeseed oil, sunflower oil in varying proportions), rice flour, modified potato starch, potato dextrin, maize flour, raising agents: diphosphates and sodium carbonates, salt, tapioca dextrin, stabiliser: xanthan gum, methylcellulose, colours: paprika extracts, curcumin.

Preparation
Deep frying
PREPARATION: Heat until core reaches minimum 80°C. Deep fryer: Deep-fry the product for 3-4 minutes in preheated oil at 175°C. Do not fry too many at once in order to prevent heat loss.
Convection
PREPARATION: Heat until core reaches minimum 80°C. Oven: Place the product on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy, turning once.
