Only the best fruit is selected for these purees, which are prepared using a pasteurisation process. This ensures that they retain their original natural flavour and aroma without colouring agents, added sugar or preservatives. Delicious fruit purees that can be used directly in sorbets, ice cream, coulis, cocktails, smoothies, tarts, and many other dishes.

Preparation
Defrost
Defrost: Defrost at room temperature (+/- 2.5 h) or in the refrigerator (+/- 8 h). Rapid defrosting is possible by microwave on defrost mode. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
