Frozen unagi kabayaki or roasted palingfillet marinated in soy sauce. The fillet of eel is white/cremig in color with a caramel color-like sauce over it.(soya sauce) the fillet of eel has a medium firm bite and has a slightly sweet taste in it. The fillets are frozen loose (I. Q.V. F). Japanese sushi eel is called unagi and is an essential part of Japanese cuisine. Unagi has a delicious taste, especially when marinated and grilleed. Unagi is the Japanese word for freshwater eel. Unagi is a commonly used ingredient in Japanese cuisine, often as kabayaki. It should not be confused with salt water eel, known in Japanese as anago. It is also assumed that this eels behave the same as the eels as we know them. They also plant a view of the sea. Small palingen then enter the freshwater rivers in schools to develop and grow there. Adult palingen eat prawns, insects or small fish.
