Préparation
Bakken in oven
Pre-heat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6. Place the pieces on a non-stick baking tray and bake in the middle of the oven for 9 minutes.
Bakken pan
Fry in 1 tbsp of oil over a medium heat for 7 minutes, turning occasionally.
