With the pork swapped for heart-healthy pea protein, the filling also contains a blend of oriental mushrooms, coconut milk and tomatoes – subtly infused with lively flavours of lemongrass, tamarind, lime juice, Thai basil and chillies. They’re perfect in soup or paired with a dipping sauce.
