Cooked straight from frozen, they can be oven baked, in 15 minutes or deep fried in just 5. With a nourishing filling made from potatoes, peas, tomatoes, onions and heart-healthy pea protein to replace the beef, they are fragrantly spiced with coriander, turmeric, fenugreek seed, ginger, chilli and curry leaves.

Bakken in oven
Oven: Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Place on baking tray in centre of oven for approx. 15 minutes, turn halfway through cooking.
Combi steamer
Rational Oven: Oven 180°C/356°F Humidity 0% - 7-8 minutes, turn halfway through cooking.
