Description
Saitaku Shirataki Noodles zijn zachte noedels van konjacmeel en bevatten daardoor bijna geen koolhydraten en weinig calorieën (8 kcal per 100g). Daardoor zijn deze noedels perfect als licht alternatief voor (tarwe)noedels. De noedels zijn snel klaar en lekker licht in roerbakgerechten, soepen en salades. Spoel ze af en serveer koud of kook 1 minuut in water. Shirataki Noodles zijn glutenvrij en vetvrij.

Preparation
Rinse the noodles well. Either serve the noodles cold (no need to cook) as salad with a dressing or add them to a soup. Alternatively boil the noodles for 1 minute in hot water and serve them as pasta with sauce.
