Ready-made basic risotto, coated with a neutralcheese cream sauce, slowly cooked in a richvegetable stock, and garnished with a neutralcheese. Our risotto easily welcomes the addition ofextra ingredients, was IQF frozen, ensuring a longshelf life of 18 months.

Preparation
Magnetron
500 g in closed container - 4 minutes on high setting - stir and heat for another 2 to 3 minutes. For best results, do not thaw before cooking.
Verwarmen
Add frozen basic risotto to the warm, already prepared ingredients of your risotto recipe while stirring and heat until the desired consistency is reached.
Combi steamer
Heat the frozen risotto for ± 10 minutes in a combi steamer (150°C, 50% steam)
