Due to the grid structure with small holes (also known as chimneys), the burger is ready in an insane amount of time. It is a high pressure burger, which makes it nice and firm and can even be frozen on the baking tray (it will take a little longer of course). The quality-price ratio of this burger is top notch, you normally pay a lot more for an Irish beef burger of this quality.</p> <h2>Preparation</h2> <p>The average cooking time is 6 minutes.The Smoky Mountains Burger is thawed, but also frozen, and easy to prepare on a baking tray, in a pan or on the grill. It is quicker using a Roband's LA1560 Grill Station.</p>
