This smoked sausage is a traditional Dutch product and made according to a very traditional butcher's recipe, in which ground meat is combined with spices and salt in a sausage casing.

Deze rookworst is een oer- Hollands product en gemaakt volgens zeer traditioneel slagersrecept, waarbij gemalen vlees gecombineerd met kruiden en zout in een worstvel gestopt wordt. Het worstvel van dit type rookworst is over het algemeen, hard en knapperig van smaak wat door de échte kenner gewaardeerd wordt.
