Graved silk with red beetroot very frozen
Graved silk with red beetroot, ginger and herbs. Gravad lax or gravax is a typical Scandinavian dish of marinated Salmon which is mainly eaten as an aperitif. The fresh Salmon is marinated with salt, black pepper, sugar, beet, sea salt, dragon, dill, ginger and water. By packing the Salmon properly and storing it at low temperature or by vacuum, all tastes are optimally drawn into the Salmon. In the past this happened in the ground, hence also the name Gravad (hole in the ground) lax (Salmon). After marinating, cut the Salmon into thin slices and serve as a snack at the drink, brunch or starter. This product is offered per whole side (i.e. still tranching yourself).
