Description
The Red Carrot Medallions are made from fresh beetroot and finely chopped carrot, oatmeal and herbs. The sweet and earthy taste is unparalleled.
* The Red Carrot from Sparc Kitchen is 100% vegan, 100% natural (no preservatives, artificial color, fragrance or flavors) and handcrafted
* In the morning the vegetables are delivered fresh. Everything is mixed and baked. The products are therefore pre-cooked and ready-to-eat after thawing.
* The product is Halal certified
* PREPARATION METHOD: Baking: After defrosting the product, first let the oil get hot in a frying pan or baking tray, then fry for 2-3 minutes until crispy on both sides. Deep-frying: deep-fry from the freezer for 2-3 minutes at a minimum of 170 C.
* SERVING TIP: Delicious with a mixture of parsley, sriracha sauce & vegan mayonnaise and some avocado and beef tomato in slices and you have something special in no time.

Preparation
Bakken in oven
Rational oven: voorverwarmen op 210C, daarna beladen en dan 8 minuten bakken op 190C - met 50% stoom
Bakken in grillpan
Product bij voorkeur ontdooid bereiden. Laat olie in de koekenpan heet worden, vervolgens het product 2-3 minuten op beide zijden krokant bakken. Voor consumptie het product door en door verhitten tot in de kern.
Barbecuen
Product bij voorkeur ontdooid bereiden. Product inwrijven met olie en 2-3 minuten op beide zijden krokant bakken. Voor consumptie het product door en door verhitten tot in de kern.
Frituren
Fry frozen product for ±3-4 minutes at 170C. Fry defrosted product for ±2-3 minutes at 170C.
Bakken op de bakplaat
