Celeriac Fennel Medaillons - Vegan
The CELERIAC FENNEL Medaillons are made from freshly cut celeriac, fennel, oatmeal and herbs. It has a culinary, anise-like flavor.
* PREPARATION METHOD: Baking: After defrosting the product, first let the oil get hot in a frying pan or baking tray, and then fry for 2-3 minutes until crispy on both sides. Deep-frying: deep-fry from the freezer for 3-4 minutes at a minimum of 170 C.
* SERVING TIP: Delicious with tarragon mayonnaise or remoulade sauce and diced pickles / cornichons or capers with chopped pearl onions

Bake in oven
Rational oven: preheat to 210C, then load and then bake for 8 minutes at 190C - with 50% steam
Fry in grill pan

Barbecue
Preferably prepare product thawed. Rub product with oil and fry for 2-3 minutes on both sides until crispy. Before consumption, heat the product thoroughly, right down to the core.
Deep frying
Fry frozen product for ±3-4 minutes at 170C. Fry defrosted product for ±2-3 minutes at 170C.
Fry on griddle
