Preparation
Bakken pan
Tip : bij voorkeur alle diepvriesproducten langzaam laten ontdooien. De bereidingstijden gelden voor ontdooide producten. Circa 6 minuten om en om bakken op halfhoog vuur. De kerntemperatuur moet minimaal 74 °C zijn geweest.
Frituren
Tip : bij voorkeur alle diepvriesproducten langzaam laten ontdooien. De bereidingstijden gelden voor ontdooide producten. Circa 3 minuten verhitten in vet of olie van 180 °C. De kerntemperatuur moet minimaal 74 °C zijn geweest.
