The Penaeus Vannamei, better known as white-leg shrimp, is grown on the land in India. Think of large tubs or ponds. The eggs released during the breeding process are collected and the breeding process starts again from the beginning. These shrimps are frozen and presented in blocks of 1,2 kg, with a leek weight of 900 gr. The shrimp is raw, peeled and depadulated.
