1. Rinse 60g of rice under cold running water. (We suggest 60g of uncooked rice per person). 2. Place rinsed rice in a large pan of boiling water. 3. Stir and bring to the boil, keeping uncovered. Reduce to a rolling simmer for approximately 10 minutes or until rice is tender. 4. Drain water, cover and leave to stand for 3 minutes. 5. Fluff the cooked rice lightly with a fork to separate the grains. Serve immediately.
