Omschrijving
The CELERIAC Burger is made from freshly cut celeriac, fennel, oatmeal and herbs. It has a culinary, anise-like flavor.
* PREPARATION METHOD: Baking: first let the oil get hot in a frying pan or baking tray, and then fry for 2-3 minutes until crispy on both sides. Deep-frying: deep-fry for 3-4 minutes at a minimum of 170 C.
* SERVING TIP: Delicious with tarragon mayonnaise or remoulade sauce and diced pickles / cornichons or capers with chopped pearl onions
* The Celeriac Burger from Vonc is 100% vegan, 100% natural (no preservatives, artificial color, fragrance or flavors) and handcrafted
* In the morning the vegetables are delivered fresh. Everything is mixed and baked and packed.

Bakken in grillpan
Eerst (plantaardige) olie in de pan doen en goed heet laten worden. Daarna het product 2-3 minuten op middelhoog vuur bakken (frituren in olie). Door en door verhitten tot in de kern

Baking: rub the burgers with oil and then fry for 2-3 minutes on both sides until crispy
Frituren
circa 3 minuten frituren op minimaal 180C.
