The döner is made, just like our burger, from Vonc's own vegetable wheat texture, which is based on an age-old process from the Far East. The wafer-thinly sliced Vegan Döner Kebab (shawarma) is packed with protein and is a perfect addition to your vegetarian or vegan snack or street food. The wafer-thinly sliced döner is indistinguishable from the real thing. The structure is very fine and can even be fried extra crispy. The sliced slices are marinated in our delicious Shawarma spice mix. The perfect vegan snack addition for what you score points with.
* METHOD OF PREPARATION: Baking: After defrosting, bake in a pan or on a baking tray in some oil (do not fry). Can also be heated in a bain-marie, because the product is already pre-cooked.
* SERVING TIP: We recommend this in a Durum (wrap) or sandwich (pita bread) with your own fresh crispy salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber) and with a tasty (garlic) sauce. Also delicious as a 'Vegan Kapsalon' with fries, crispy red cabbage and a vegan cheese sauce.
