Description

Preparation
Deep frying
Fry the croquettes in hot oil (175°C max) 5 mins maximum for frozen, 4 minutes maximum for defrosted. Do not exceed the temperature and cooking times stated. Don't stir the croquettes while frying. Only cook the croquettes from frozen or completely defrosted. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before eating. HEAT THOROUGHLY BEFORE CONSUMPTION.
