      Preparation

      Fry in pan

      Koekenpan : Giet 1 eetlepel olie in een koekenpan en verwarm deze. Voeg het bevroren product toe en bak gedurende 2 minuten. Giet vervolgens 1 kopje water (ongeveer 60mI) in de pan. Kook gedurende 2 minuten met het deksel op de pan. Haal het deksel eraf en kook nogmaals gedurende 1 minuut totdat het water verdampt is.

      Deep frying

      Frituurpan : Op 170°C-180°C ongeveer 2 minuten en 30 seconden frituren.

      Boil

      Koken : Kook ongeveer 3 minuten en 30 seconden in kokend water.
