The sushi ebi (white leg shrimp) (Litopenaeus vannamei)) is a peeled, darkged, cooked shrimp with tail. Ideal for sushi.3 or 5L means the size of the shrimp ((3L (8‐8.5cm), 4L (8.6‐9cm), 5L (9.1‐9.5cm))). The color of the shrimp is orange, red and white. It has the ASC quality mark.
