Ideal for the sushi.2, 3.4 or 5L means the size of the shrimp ( ( 3L ( 8_8.5cm ), 4L ( 8.6_9cm ), 5L ( 9.1_9.5cm ). The color of the shrimp is orange, red and white. This has the ASC quality mark.
