Zubereitung
Doe voor 10 porties 500g van de couscous in een hittebestendige kom. Voeg 750ml kokend water toe, dek af en laat 5 minuten staan. Voeg een beetje olijfolie of boter naar smaak toe. Roer voor het opdienen de granen door met een vork.
