Preparation
Bake in oven
Alle grondstoffen in hoogste versnelling luchtig kloppen gedurende 6-7 minuten. Op een ingevette en eventueel met bloembestoven bakplaat spuiten. Bakken op 240°C in ca. 9 minuten. Na het bakken de eierkoeken direct los van de plaat maken.
Dosage
1200 g Biscuiteierkoekenmix 550 g ei, 200 g water, 25 g citroenrasp.
