Preparation
Fry on griddle
Op een ingevette bakplaat doppen spuiten. Baken inschietoven op 250°C (rotatieoven: 220°C) gedurende 6-8 minuten (afhankelijk van het gewicht). Na het bakken de eierkoeken direct los van de plaat steken.
Dosage
1000 g mix, 490 g water, 15 g ammonium. De ammonium eerst oplossen in water. Alle grondstoffen in de 1e versnelling ca. 5 minuten doormengen
