    Preparation

    Blus braadvet of boter af met de aangegeven hoeveelheid water van maximaal 60°C (= 1 deel koud en 1 deel kokend water). Voeg de inhoud al roerende toe en blijf roeren tot de jus kookt. Daarna onder af en toe roeren 2 minuten zachtjes laten doorkoken. Dosering : 60 g / l, 1080 g / 18 l.
