Bereidingswijze
Bake in oven
The Greenway Cordon Bleu can be cooked in the oven or pan. Ideally let it thaw. Pan: Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side over medium heat. Oven: 8 min at 200°C. Frozen condition in the combi steamer: 10 min at 200°C.
