Bakken pan
Pour 1 tablespoonful of oil into a frying pan and heat. Add frozen product and fry for 2 minutes. Then pour 4 tbsp of water (about 60 ml) into the pan. Boil for 2 minutes with lid. Take the lid off and boil again for 1 minute until the water boils away.

Fry at 170℃ - 180℃ for about 2 minutes 30 seconds.
Koken
Boil for about 3 minutes 30 seconds into simmering water.
Stomen
Steam at 100℃ for about 5 minutes.
