Preparation
Bakken pan
Zelf toevoegen (2-3 pers.): - 3 el (wok)olie - 250 g kipfilet in blokjes gesneden of vleesvervanger - 400 g wokgroente (bijv. taugé, paksoi, wortel, ui, paprika, champignons, courgette etc.) Bereidingswijze (± 10 min): 1. Verhit de olie in een wok (pan). 2. Wok het vlees op hoog vuur gaar. 3. Wok de verse groente ca. 2 minuten mee. 4. Voeg een ½ flesje woksaus (100 ml) toe en laat het geheel nog enkele minuten doorsudderen tot de groente beetgaar is.
