Preparation
Frituren
De diepvries kroketten in tot 175°C verhit frituurvet/-olie doen en in ong. 4-5 minuten goudgeel frituren (frituurmand slechts tot de helft vullen, niet helemaal vol).
Convectie
De konvektomaat tot 180°C voorverwarmen. De diepvries kroketten ong. 10-13 minuten goudgeel bakken. Na de helft van de baktijd keren.
