In a pot: Pour the required quantity of sprouts in a pot of boiling, slightly salted water. Bring back to boil and cook for 6-7 min. Drain, season to taste and serve. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving. In a pan: Add the required amount of Brussels sprouts in a pan with a little butter. Simmer over low heat for 10 min., season to taste and serve.
