Preparation

Heat the product to 800 watts. Thawed: in a closed container with some water: ± 4 minutes. Frozen: in a closed container with some water: ± 8 minutes.
Sudderen
Prepare the gravy according to the instructions on the package. Thawed: ± 30 to 45 minutes in the gravy until the core temperature is at least 72°C. Frozen: ± 50 minutes in the gravy until the core temperature is at least 72°C.
