Jefferson's esdoornsiroop
Esdoornsiroop is een natuurlijke siroop die gemaakt wordt door het sap te koken van een bepaalde soort esdoorn die in Noord-Amerika en Canada groeit. Door het koken dikt het sap in tot een siroop. Tijdens dit proces blijven alle voedingsstoffen bewaard. Het is heerlijk over pannenkoeken, in yoghurt, koffie en thee. Het is ook zeer geschikt om mee te bakken en koken.
