Stomen
Steam oven: at 100°C , cook 8 minutes for 2.5 kg of frozen product in a full gastronorm. 4 minutes for 2.5kg of defrosted product in a full gastronorm.
Ontdooien
COLD USAGE: For 1kg of product, defrost for 12 to 24h at +3°C maximum. Maximum storage: 2 hours at +3°C maximum before consumption.
