Préparation
Bakken in oven
Verwijder de folie en snij de aardappel-polentarol in gewenste vorm van max. 1,5 cm. Leg de vormpjes op een bakplaat. Plaats de bakplaat circa 10 minuten in een voorverwarmde oven (200°C).
Frituren
Verwijder de folie en snij de aardappel-polentarol in gewenste vorm van max. 1,5 cm. Frituur de vormpjes in circa 3 minuten goudgeel in een friteuse (175°C).
