Description
A very distinctive soft ice cream with a fantastic tasty cream flavour with 17% milk fat. This ice cream powder is also ideally suited for the production of Milkshake (recommendation: 3.6 to 4 liters / kg). This way you have only one kind of product in stock. This saves space and money and prevents mistakes.

Preparation
Dosage
Mengverhoudingen: Voeg voor softijs 2,25L (max. 2,5 L) water toe aan 1KG poeder toe en voor milkshake 3,6L (max. 4L) water op 1KG poeder. Los het poeder al roerend op in koud water volgens de voorgeschreven mengverhouding. Laat de mix ongeveer 10 minuten staan. Roer de mix goed door. Giet het mengsel in de machine en volg de instructies van de fabrikant van de machine.
