Description
The Vegan köfte is made from protein-rich ingredients, such as wheat, oatmeal, parsley, garlic and peas. The vegetable variant is indistinguishable from the meat variant - the taste is of a Libyan recipe and unparalleled.

Preparation
Bakken in oven
Rational oven: voorverwarmen op 210C, daarna beladen en dan 8 minuten bakken op 190C - met 50% stoom
Bakken pan
Product bij voorkeur ontdooid bereiden. Laat olie in de koekenpan heet worden, vervolgens het product 3-4 minuten op beide zijden krokant bakken. Voor consumptie het product door en door verhitten tot in de kern.
Frituren
Bevroren product ±4 minuten frituren op 180C. Ontdooid product ±3 minuten frituren op 180C.
Bakken op de bakplaat
Product bij voorkeur ontdooid bereiden. Laat olie op de bakplaat heet worden, vervolgens het product 3-4 minuten op beide zijden krokant bakken. Voor consumptie het product door en door verhitten tot in de kern.
