Catalaanse pasta
Fideuà is een Catalaanse pasta die bereid wordt als de al even beroemde paella. Net zoals de rijst wordt de pasta bereid in een grote, open paellapan. Bak de pasta eerst droog in wat olijfolie, voeg dan de bouillon toe, en in nauwelijks 10 minuten tijd is dit schitterende gerecht klaar!
