Lecite
Lecite is een natuurlijke emulgator in poedervorm op basis van sojalecithine en dus ideaal om wolken te maken. Het product is oplosbaar in koude en waterige media.
Lecithine bevat vitaminen, mineralen en antioxidanten, en wordt als preventiemiddel tegen aderverkalking gebruikt. Lecite wordt bereid op basis van niet-transgenetische soja.
