Vegan and lactose-free cooking cream suitable for cooking and whipping — specially designed for food service. It is ideal for preparing hot dishes, as its creamy consistency and thickening properties work well with heat. It is also the perfect cream substitute in desserts, mousses and cream fillings. The neutral taste of the vegan cooking cream allows it to be refined with spices and flavours.
