Bake in oven
Ontdooitijd: 10-15 minuten bij kamertemperatuur.Baktijd: 2-3 minuten bij 180-190°C (heteluchtoven) met stoom. Eenmaal ontdooid(ongeveer 30 minuten), zijn de producten ook klaar voor consumptie zonder bakken.
