Preparation
Fry in pan
Add some butter or (olive) oil to a frying pan. Sear the hamburger on both sides over high heat. Reduce the heat and cook the hamburger for about 8–10 minutes until done. Turn regularly.
Defrost
Defrost the hamburgers overnight in the refrigerator.
