      Boiled mussels that are repotted in vinegar with some herbs. The products are without shell.

      Taste: fresh sour mussel taste, not deviant

      Perfume: fresh vinegar smell, not deviant

      Sand: sensoric partically free of sand

      Texture: tender, but substantial, nor crumbly

      De mosselen in azijn zijn op diverse manieren te gebruiken. Zo kunnen ze rechts-streeks worden geconsumeerd. ook als topping, dressing, bij gerecht zijn ze te gebruiken. De mosselen kunnen ook warm worden gebruikt, hiervoor is bakken in een pan of oven voldoende.
