Meatless Medallions - Vegan

The MEATLESS Medallions are made from a very protein-rich, home-made wheat texturate, based on an age-old process. It is mixed with fresh parsley, red and white onion and herbs. It has a slightly spicy taste.

* PREPARATION METHOD: Baking: After defrosting, first heat the oil in the pan or griddle and then bake both sides for 2-3 minutes until crispy (do not fry).

* SERVING TIP: We recommend it with the cheddar from Wilmersburger, dried onions, and a salsa of pickle and red onion for an ultimate Vegan Cheeseburger

Prepare product preferably thawed. Heat the oil in the frying pan, then fry the product for 2-3 minutes on both sides until crispy. Before consumption, heat the product through and through to the core.

Barbecuen

Product bij voorkeur ontdooid bereiden. Product inwrijven met olie en 2-3 minuten op beide zijden krokant bakken. Voor consumptie het product door en door verhitten tot in de kern.
